Before you choose a recruiting firm, you should be comfortable with its search and selection process and ethics. ProMedical Staffing LLC follows the strict ethical guidelines supported by the National Association of Physician Recruiters.  If your current recruiting firm relies exclusively on the Internet or an outdated database,  doesn’t qualify their candidates, or take the time to share your specific search needs, it is likely that you may not get the best fit for your group or practice.
